Temecula FC will be operating the Temecula Valley Middle School Soccer League once again! The goal is to provide professional oversight to help get more middle school kids playing the game and representing their school at an affordable price! Players from 6-8th grade will be able to represent their school in the Temecula Valley Middle School Soccer League! Sign-ups will be first come first serve.

Schools that will be represented below with boys and girls teams (Coed if we can't fill up teams)

Vail Ranch, Margarita, Temecula, Gardner, Bella Vista, James Day (Charter Schools, Home Schools)

*The league is operated by Temecula FC and not the TVUSD

*You must attend the school to play in the league and can only play for the school you are attending.

Dates: The league will operate April and May .

Game Days: All games will be mid week Tuesday and Thursdays

Game Times: Games will kick off at 4:00pm

Practice Times: 4-5pm

PARENT / GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT, RELEASE & LIABILITY WAIVER

I am the parent/legal guardian of the participant listed above. I understand participation in soccer and related activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, contact with other participants, weather conditions, and injuries such as sprains, fractures, concussion, or more serious injury.

I voluntarily allow my child to participate in the Temecula Valley Middle School Soccer League / Temecula FC activities.

I certify my child is physically able to participate and I will inform organizers of any medical conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I assume the risks of participation and release, waive, and hold harmless Temecula FC, Temecula Valley Middle School Soccer League, its owners, officers, coaches, volunteers, staff, and facility partners from claims arising from ordinary negligence connected with participation, except where prohibited by law or involving gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I authorize emergency medical treatment if I cannot be reached, understanding I am responsible for resulting medical costs.

I understand rules must be followed and misconduct may result in removal.
