Big News!

Lodestone Training and Consulting and Imaginarium Sanitarium have teamed up, and are OFFICIALLY offering both daytime and overnight tours of the former Cresson Prison & Sanatorium. We have select dates available for November, December, and January, as we begin this journey. We are NOT currently booking outside of these dates. We appreciate your patience as we work towards growing these events.

Public Daytime, Self Guided, Photography/Exploration Tours will be held from 11am-3pm on:

-Wednesday, November 27th

-Friday, November 29th

-Friday, December 20th

-Friday, December 27th

-Friday, January 10th

-Saturday, January 11th

Cost will be: $85 per person 11am-3pm (+taxes/fees)

                    $25 per person 1 hour (+taxes/fees)

DAYTIME TOUR TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE OR AT THE DOOR.

Check in 30 minutes prior to the event start.

20 minutes of introduction then the rest of the time is yours.

Public Overnight, Self Guided, Paranormal Tours will be held from 8pm-2am on:

-Friday, November 15th

-Saturday, November 16th

-Friday, November 29th

-Saturday, November 30th

-Friday, January 10th

-Saturday, January 11th

-Friday, January 24th

-Saturday, January 25th

Cost will be: $100/person (+taxes/fees)

OVERNIGHT TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. THERE ARE NO AT THE DOOR OVERNIGHT TICKETS.

Check in 30 minutes prior to the event start.

40 minutes of introduction then the rest of the time is yours.

While we do recommend bringing your own, we will have some ghost hunting equipment available for rental by deposit. If equipment is returned and in proper condition, you will get your deposit back.

We are requiring a minimum of 10 people to be booked for each overnight for the event to happen, or it will be rescheduled. Minimum must be met THREE DAYS prior to event. For example, if by November 12th, 10 people have NOT booked for the November 15th date, the event will be rescheduled. In the event of rescheduling, there will be NO REFUNDS, however your ticket will be valid to transfer to any of our other operating dates. Tickets are NOT transferable for any reason other than us rescheduling the event. There is a maximum of 20 people being scheduled each night. Larger groups and private night rentals will be available soon.

-MUST be 18 years or older to attend. NO infants or children.

-MUST bring valid photo identification. It will be copied for our records. Nobody will be admitted in without a valid ID, and tickets will NOT be refunded or transferred for failure to bring it.

-NO opened toed shoes, or high heels. If wearing heels for photography you must wear proper shoes to the event and when walking. You can put the heels on for pictures, then change back into shoes to walk to the next spot. You will NOT be admitted in without proper shoes, and tickets will NOT be refunded or transferred for failure to do so.

Due to the historic age of the buildings, they are unfortunately NOT handicap accessible.

-DO NOT CLOSE ANY DOORS. There are NOT keys for every door and many doors auto lock when shut. You may get trapped inside indefinitely and YOU WILL BE billed for any fees associated with getting you out.

-You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

-ABSOLUTELY NO Drugs or Alcohol! If you are caught with it you will be removed from the property, without refund.

-There will be a designated area for smoking. If you are caught smoking outside of that area you will be removed from the property, without refund.

-LEAVE NO TRACE. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. LEAVE THE PROPERTY AS YOU FOUND IT. NO LITTERING OR THEFT. WE GET IT, ABANDONED OBJECTS ARE COOL BUT LET EVERYONE ENJOY THEM PLEASE.

-This is PRIVATE PROPERTY. We do RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON.

-Bring ALL equipment you may need! Flashlights, cameras, ghost hunting equipment, etc..

THERE IS NO POWER TO THESE ABANDONED BUILDINGS. IT CAN GET EXTREMELY COLD, PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY FOR THE WEATHER.

-There is no water to the property, PORTA-POTTIES AVAILABLE.

-You are ENTERING AT YOUR OWN RISK. This is an ABANDONED PROPERTY. By entering, you agree that Lodestone Training and Consulting and Imaginarium Sanitarium ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, UP TO AND INCLUDING DEATH.

PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN EXPLORING.

-Any personal items are brought in at your own risk, Lodestone Training and Consulting and Imaginarium Sanitarium ARE NOT liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

-ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS. No weapons or firearms of any kind permitted. You are subject to search at any time.

-ALL TICKET SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
