Home for the Holidays at the Eide Christmas Party

You and your family are invited to celebrate Christmas with the Eide team on Friday, December 18, at the Bismarck Event Center. Dinner is on Eide. Santa and Mrs. Claus are there all night for family photos. The kids get the whole Eide Christmas House in Hall B, with cookie decorating, an ornament workshop, inflatables, and a mailbox for their letters to Santa. The Eide Awards & Recognition program starts at 7:15 pm, and every family goes home with the 2026 Eide house ornament.

Please RSVP by Tuesday, December 1. We'll see you there.

Know Before You Go

• When: Friday, December 18, 2026. Doors open at 5:30 pm, and the night wraps up at 9 pm.
• Where: Bismarck Event Center, Halls A & B, 315 S 5th St, Bismarck, ND
• Cost: Free for Eide employees and their families
• Food and drink: Dinner from Laughing Sun Brewing, a kids menu, desserts, and soda and water are included. Two cash bars serve beer, seltzers, and canned cocktails.
• Parking: Free in Lot B, with overflow in Lots C and D and the University of Mary lot. Lot E is reserved.
• Check-in: Come in through door E42 on the west side of the building. Check-in and coat check are right inside the foyer.

FAQ

Can I bring my whole family?

Yes. The night is built for families, with a full Christmas House for the kids and games and photo spots for everyone.

Do I need to register everyone?

Yes. Please register each person in your party, adults and kids. Dinner, the kids menu, and the keepsakes are all planned from your RSVP.

I registered using my work email. Can I access my tickets at the event?

If you registered with your work email, you may not be able to open your GoPassage account or emailed tickets on the night of the party. Forward your confirmation email to a personal email address, or add the QR code to your phone before you go.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The only thing with a price is the cash bar.

What should I wear?

There's no dress code. Come as you are, or dress festive. There's a coat check for your winter layers.
