Introducing Artful Autism - a revolutionary program designed to showcase the immense talent and creativity of disabled artists, while providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals with disabilities to explore new art forms and find their voice.
Who we are: Artful Autism is a project of PIE, which stands for Program for Intellectual Empowerment. Artful Autism is not a business, we have no funds and rely on the support of our community. We created Artful Autism because we saw a need. PIE's mission is to create inclusive education opportunities for all individuals. We believe in the power of art to connect people and create a more inclusive world. With your support, we can make this vision a reality.
At Artful Autism, we believe in offering a diverse range of events to cater to the varied interests of our members. Whether you're looking for a relaxing evening of crafting, or an exciting night of cinematic exploration, we've got you covered.
Our mission is simple - to empower disabled individuals through the transformative power of art, and to promote inclusivity and diversity in the art world. And we need your help to make it happen. As well as tearing down the walls that separate typical developing peers from the neuro-divergent.
We're asking for your support to raise $15,000, which will be used to staff our art studio, hire art teachers, and purchase essential art supplies for the next 6 months. With your contribution, we can continue to provide a welcoming and supportive space for disabled individuals to explore their creativity and share their unique perspectives with the world.
