This site accepts card payments. Checks or cash will need to be made at City Hall, 200 1st Ave., Culver, OR


August 16, 2025

  • Parade starts at 10 am
  • Opening ceremony at 11 am.
  • Arts and Crafts booths are open 10 am - 4 pm.


Vendor Information

  • Food Vendors pay $200 fee and a refundable $100 deposit.
  • There are no refunds on food vendor space fees.
  • If a food vendor does not show up the refundable deposit will also be kept.
  • If a vendor wants to pay by cash, they can but have to do it at City Hall.


ALL VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED. ALL APPLCATIONS FOR BOTH ARTS AND CRAFTS AND FOODS VENDORS ARE REVIEWED AND APPLICATION ACCEPTED OR DENIED.

This is done to make sure we limit similar vendors and that booths are family friendly. 

Due to our park expansion, parking and access may be different than what it has been in the past.


No alcohol sales or crawdad food

items can be sold except by the Beer Garden and Crawdad Meal Vendor.


The cutoff for the applications will be 7/31/25 or sooner if sold out.


FOOD VENDORS TERMS: 

All onsite food preppers must provide proof of current food handlers card and liability insurance.by 7-31-25 

◾ You must comply with all Jefferson County Health Department regulations. 

◾ Electricity is not available. Generators must be a quiet model (below 60dB). 

◾ Food trucks must be staffed at all times. The city accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. 

◾ Stay within your designated area while selling your food. 

◾ No alcoholic sales are permitted. (Beer garden area only). 

◾ No crawdad food items are permitted (Crawdad vendor only). 

◾ Please have sufficient cash on hand. Card readers are encouraged. 

◾ No pets, please. 


Event Information

This is huge community event. We do not charge an admission fee. There are many free activities-live bands, balloon artists, face painting, pinata busting, we hide little rubber crawdads around the community that kids search for and can turn in at the City booth for a spin on the wheel of fortune for prizes, a petting zoo, water balloon zone, There are assorted purchase options of food vendors, our annual catered crawdad dinner and the beer garden.


Venue Information

Veteran's Memorial Park is starting a huge expansion that part of will take place prior to the festival. We are adding a skate park, pickleball court, pump bike track.

Refund Policy:

No refunds or returns.

Cancellation Policy:

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
