  • Arts and Crafts booths are open 10 am - 4 pm.


Vendor Information

  • Arts and Crafts booths are $40 per 10x10 space
  • There are no refunds.


ALL VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED. ALL APPLCATIONS FOR BOTH ARTS AND CRAFTS AND FOOD VENDORS ARE REVIEWED AND APPLICATION ACCEPTED OR DENIED.


This is done to make sure we limit similar vendors and that booths are family friendly. 

Due to our park expansion, parking and access may be different than what it has been in the past.


The cutoff for the applications will be 7/31/25 or sooner if sold out.


ARTS AND CRAFTS VENDOR TERMS: 

◾Vendor is responsible for all necessary equipment. Tent/Tables/Chairs/etc. Please do not use spikes to stake down the

tent. There is NO driving on the grass. 

◾No raffles in your booth. You may provide a drawing to attract customers, but the only raffle happening is the one put

on by the city. You may donate something to the City’s raffle if you would like. 

◾Due to the limited number of volunteers; unloading, set up and vice versa will be the vendor's responsibility. Driving on

the grass is prohibited so you may have to travel up to 100 yards to your spot. If there are extenuating circumstances,

advance notice of help is required. However, we cannot guarantee help. 

◾Electricity is not available. 

◾Sale of animals is prohibited. Sales of alcoholic beverages or crawdad food items are not allowed.

◾Vendors are encouraged to stay until the end (4 pm). 

◾Booth must be staffed at all times. The city accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. 

◾Stay within your designated area while selling your merchandise. 

◾Please have sufficient cash on hand. Card readers are encouraged. 

◾No pets, please. 


Event Information

This is huge community event. We do not charge an admission fee. There are many free activities-live bands, balloon artists, face painting, pinata busting, we hide little rubber crawdads around the community that kids search for and can turn in at the City booth for a spin on the wheel of fortune for prizes, a petting zoo, and a water balloon zone. There are purchase options for assorted food vendors, our annual catered crawdad dinner and the beer garden.


Venue Information

Veteran's Memorial Park is starting a huge expansion that part of will take place prior to the festival. We are adding a skate park, pickleball court, pump bike track, and more parking.

Refund Policy:

No refunds or returns.

Cancellation Policy:

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
