The Art Lit Club offers a dynamic exploration of art literacy by delving into the works of various artists like Van Gogh and Monet, as well as cultural art from regions such as Africa and Egypt. This class harnesses neurological benefits through diverse sensory experiences, including tactile and visual stimulation, and promotes cognitive and emotional balance by fostering mindfulness and focus.
