Traffic Note for Sunday, Sept. 21:
Roadwork on U.S. 31 by the State Park is scheduled the night before the American Gold Cup, with all lanes expected to return to normal by late morning on Sunday. Farm to Stable Dinner Series – Refund Policy: Farm to Stable dinners are held rain or shine under a covered venue. Dinner tickets are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Competition Ticket Refund Policy: General Admission tickets are refundable if requested at least one hour before the first horse enters the ring. The Overlook, VIP Club, and Cabana Coast Box Seats are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Weather & Schedule Policy (Flintfields Horse Park) The show goes on—rain or shine. In the event of heavy rain or lightning, competition may pause for safety and resume when conditions allow. To minimize disruptions, event times may shift earlier to avoid forecasted storms. Please dress for changing weather and stay informed by following Traverse City Horse Shows on social media and checking your email for updates on competition mornings. Thanks to our top-quality footing and experienced team, delays are minimal and rescheduling is rare.
